The Boardwalk LLC – Class Policy
• A parent or legal guardian must sign a waiver for all minors under the age of 18 whether they are staying during class or dropping the child off.
• Parents or guardians who choose to stay may sit in the classroom if seating is available. They are welcome to observe or assist their child. If they wish to participate in the project, they must purchase an additional seat, as class supplies are prepared based on the number of paid participants.
• If classroom seating is unavailable, parents and guardians are welcome to browse our shop or relax in our Free Arcade Room during class.
• If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, refunds are not provided. Instead, a class credit may be issued for a future class.
• No class credit will be issued for “no-call, no-show” absences. If you cannot attend, please notify us as soon as possible. We prepare materials in advance for every reserved seat.
• All sales are final. No refunds will be issued. Eligible cancellations may receive class credit at the discretion of The Boardwalk LLC.
• By purchasing a seat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Class Policy.
• The Boardwalk LLC reserves the right to dismiss any child from class without a refund or credit if they are disruptive, unable to follow directions, or engage in inappropriate behavior that interferes with the learning experience of others.
